Conditions
- 8% resort taxes will be paid when arriving.
- 50% down payment on reservation.
- 100% must be paid 2 months prior arrival.
- Refundable Security Deposit: $1000, in check, on arrival.
Payment
- Wire Transfer
- 50% down payment on reservation, booked when payment is confirmed.
- Balance to be paid 2 months prior arrival.
- If Reservation is less than 2 months prior arrival, 100% to be paid.
- Resort taxes of 8% will be payed when arriving in the villa AS WELL AS THE DEPOSIT OF $1000.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to the owner.
Cancellations received more than 3 months prior to arrival date :
- 25% of gross rental.
Cancellations received between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival date :
- 50% of gross rental.
Cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival date :
- 100% of gross rental.
Cancellations for holiday season, 2 months and less prior arrival
- Reservations are non-refundable.
Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance
